The Digital Media Program at Virginia
Marti College encourages students to develop unique
and creative projects by utilizing the most current and
advanced multimedia design tools. This is what employers
are looking for; talented artists who can demonstrate creativity
and tech savvy.
Students enrolled in the Digital Media Program at VMCAD
will exercise hands-on training in a multitude of technology-driven
and creative courses while using the most up-to-date
media production tools and techniques. Students will also
learn the fundamental theories surrounding visual communications,
digital media production, concept development, animation,
and interactive design. The program covers eight quarters
and can be completed in 24 months. To qualify for the Associate
of Applied Science Degree Program in Digital Media, students
are to complete a minimum 110 credit hours of acceptable
academic credit.
